Currency

All donations are in Canadian dollars (CAD$).

Personal Information

Any data collected during the giving process is accessible by our financial team for recordkeeping and tax receipting purposes. Cloverdale Baptist Church does not share donor information with any other parties. Personal information is collected only for ministry purposes. By providing your personal information during the giving process, you consent to have Cloverdale Baptist Church record your information for receipting and ministry purposes.
You may update the personal information Cloverdale Baptist Church has on record for you at any time by emailing info@cloverdalebaptist.ca.

Tax Receipts

Tax receipts for receiptable donations are issued according to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines at the end of each year and mailed in February. Please contact info@cloverdalebaptist.ca if you did not receive your receipt.

Recurring Payments

To change or cancel a recurring payment, please contact our administrative staff at info@cloverdalebaptist.ca or by calling 604.574-8799. Changes may take up to 10 business days to process.

Designated Funds

Spending of funds is confined to church board-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason, the remaining contributions will be used where most needed.

Cloverdale Baptist Church reserves the right to change or update these Policies, Terms & Conditions at any time.

Refund Policy

While it is not the practice of Cloverdale Baptist Church to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Common examples include: making duplicate gifts within a short time period, and entering the wrong amount. Privacy Policy

Cloverdale Baptist Church is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Cloverdale Baptist Church Web site and governs data collection and usage at all Cloverdale Baptist Church sites and services; it does not apply to other online or offline sites, products or services. Our online donations page collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by Cloverdale Baptist Church is used solely for the purpose of your online donations.

Cloverdale Baptist Church does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the Cloverdale Baptist Church Web site.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Cloverdale Baptist Church and its operational service partners only collect and use your personal information to process transactions requested.

Cloverdale Baptist Church does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

ONLINE GIVING

You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our Refund and Terms & Conditions Policies.

Cloverdale Baptist Church may occasionally update this Statement of Privacy as necessary. If there are material changes to this Statement or in how Cloverdale Baptist Church will use your personal information, Cloverdale Baptist Church will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. Cloverdale Baptist Church encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how your information is protected.
